Duplication — Building Your Downline

Duplication is how AGM grows: a partner recruits and trains new agents who then do the same. This SOP is what makes that possible — because a team can only duplicate a process that’s written down. That’s the whole point of this library.

You are not just recruiting bodies. You’re producing agents who run the exact same contracting, licensing, sales, and follow-up process you do — so quality doesn’t drop as the team grows, and so those agents can eventually build teams of their own.

If every agent sells differently, you don’t have a team — you have a room full of strangers. This library is the standard everyone runs.

  1. Recruit — find people with the character to serve families honestly. Skills can be taught; character can’t.
  2. Contract them under you — walk them through Getting Contracted with your upline link so the hierarchy is correct.
  3. Point them at the library — their first job is to complete the New Agent Workflow on their own. Don’t answer by phone what this library already answers.
  4. Field-train them — they shadow you, then you shadow them, per Sales Training.
  5. Hold them to the process — clean applications, logged follow-ups. Inspect what you expect.
  6. Teach them to duplicate — once they can sell and submit clean business on their own, bring them back to this page and start the loop again with their recruits.
Cadence Action
Daily Be reachable for your new agents’ real blockers (not questions the library answers)
Weekly Review each new agent’s pipeline and application quality in the CRM
Monthly One recruiting push and one training session for the team
  • New agents start in the library, not on the phone. The whole reason this exists is so onboarding doesn’t depend on your time.
  • Returned policies are a training signal. If an agent’s applications keep coming back, walk them through Entering Applications again — don’t just fix the app for them.
  • Keep the library current. When the process changes, the page changes. An out-of-date SOP quietly trains the whole downline to do it wrong.
