The Class Library will hold the recorded classes the partners already teach:
- Recorded sales trainings and role-plays
- Product deep-dives
- Team calls worth keeping
All in one place, organized, so a new agent can watch them in order instead of hunting through chats and old links.
The Class Library is a Phase 2 add-on. It’s a different kind of content from the written SOPs — video hosting and course structure — so it’s built after the core library is in daily use.
