Ask a Question

Today you find a procedure with the search bar at the top — type a word, get the page. That works now and it’s fast.

A later phase adds a step beyond search: ask a full question in plain language and get the answer pulled straight from your SOPs.

For example:

  • “What do I do when a policy gets returned for a missing replacement form?”
  • “How soon should I set the first follow-up after a sit?”
  • “Which trainings does a new agent need before the carrier pays them?”

Instead of opening a page and reading, you’d get the answer — drawn only from the procedures in this library, in your own words.
